shirt: old to new

I love clothes. But I don't always love MY clothes. I get bored of them pretty quickly but don't have the money to keep up with always buying new ones. So when I come across blogs or ideas of things that I can do myself, I get pretty excited. For this project I took an old t-shirt that I was THIS close to just throwing away in the trash, and made it into a graphic tee. I think the little design completely changed this shirt and I love how it turned out (even though it is definitely not perfect, I think that makes it even better). Here is what I did.

  1. Ok this outfit is so cute! You're so much more crafty than me! I'm not brave enough to try crafts... I always mess up and end up throwing them away lol. Good job! Looks so good!

  2. Thanks Tara! I messed up on this SEVERAL times haha I accidentally painted out of the lines just on one spot (which I tried making it look like I did it on purpose by making the same mark on the other side of the box), I originally wanted just a bike in black, but I cut the bike out instead of just around the bike, etc.. BUT it was still fun. :)I bet you'd make cute things!
